Flex Ltd in Guadalajara Norte is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support production lines, monitor and improve manufacturing processes, and ensure quality, productivity, safety and timely delivery. The role requires a technical degree in mechatronics/electronics/automation, EMS experience, and hands-on SMT equipment skills (DEK printers, reflow ovens, Camalot dispensers, torque tools).

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechatronics, electronics, automation, or related field.
• Experience in EMS environments.
• Experience with DEK printers and SMT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production lines by monitoring and improving manufacturing processes.
• Respond to process deviations and support multiple lines.
• Monitor quality, productivity, safety and on-time delivery indicators.
• Participate in Kaizen projects and implement corrective actions.
• Create/update checklists, parameter sheets, PFMEA, and basic SMT programming/adjustments.
