Job summary
Kohler Reynosa Plant in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, on site, is seeking a Sr. Staff Process Engineer to lead heat treatment, washing, and hydraulic deep draw processes for stainless steel products. You will set controls, optimize atmospheres, and drive process improvements across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing processes and metallurgy.
- Strong knowledge of heat treatment, hydrogen and nitrogen systems, and atmosphere controls.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for heat treatment, annealing, and atmosphere controls for stainless steel products.
- Develop and maintain process controls for furnace operations and atmosphere management systems.
- Lead root cause analyses of heat-treatment defects and process variation.
- Guide hydraulic pressing operations, tooling, GD&T interpretation, and deep draw processes.
- Mentor engineers and operators; drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
