Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la santé recherche un SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER à Ciudad Juárez, au Mexique. Le candidat sera responsable de la supervision des processus de production, de l'optimisation des opérations et de la conformité réglementaire. Ce rôle exige une expertise en ingénierie, une expérience dans l'industrie médicale et des compétences en gestion d'équipe.

Formación

  • Diplôme en ingénierie requis.
  • 4-6 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans l'industrie médicale.
  • Connaissance des pratiques de fabrication et des outils d'analyse statistique.

Responsabilidades

  • Superviser les contributeurs individuels et gérer l'efficacité des processus.
  • Évaluer et développer des plans d'action pour la qualité et la conformité.
  • Assurer la conformité avec toutes les réglementations et politiques pertinentes.

Conocimientos

Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de fabrication
Analyse statistique
Compétences en communication orale et écrite en espagnol

Educación

Diplôme en ingénierie
Master of Science ou certification recommandée

Job Description: Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the Process Engineering area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products and process efficiency. Leads the implementation of new production processes and procedures to streamline mass production operations and encourages a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluates performance of production stages to identify faults, equipment failures, and compliance risks, providing insights for process optimization. Maintains steady workflow and productivity through quality control and operational decision-making. Manages operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, and compliance, and ensures team goals are met. Applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

We are seeking a SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying, designing, and developing necessary equipment.
  2. Performing material tests.
  3. Studying processes to implement improvements.
  4. Preparing and managing specifications.
  5. Coordinating technicians and engineers on issues.
  6. Purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing, safety, and environmental standards.
  7. Participating in savings and capital projects.
  8. Ensuring compliance with financial metrics.
  9. Evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service, and regulatory compliance.
  10. Performing process/product validation activities.
  11. Providing timely feedback and development plans for personnel.
  12. Communicating business issues or opportunities to management.
  13. Ensuring subordinates follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines and that resources are available and in good condition.
  14. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  15. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Engineering degree in any specialty; Master of Science or certification is recommended.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis tools.
  • Management of statistical procedures and familiarity with computational software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • Understanding of standard costs and work standards for Senior Process Engineers.
