Plexus Corp. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Staff Process Engineer to serve as a hands-on SME for regional hand solder and rework processes.

This role provides technical leadership across manufacturing, optimizes production, and supports new product introductions. You will mentor teams, lead continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with customers on technical discussions, ensuring manufacturability and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control software.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
• Lab/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical specialist, mentor within the manufacturing discipline.
• Lead small to mid-size projects with guidance on scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement within the engineering discipline and project tools.
• Provide customer service leadership in project discussions and proposals.
