  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Position: Senior Process Engineer (2nd Shift) - Juarez, Chih., at Salvarcar Plant
Purpose:

Identify and develop internal opportunities using DMAIIC methodology to reduce manufacturing costs and promote continuous improvement, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop necessary equipment.
  2. Perform material tests.
  3. Study processes to implement improvements.
  4. Prepare and manage specifications.
  5. Coordinate technicians and engineers for problem-solving.
  6. Purchase and design equipment and tools meeting safety and environmental standards.
  7. Participate in savings and capital projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial metrics.
  9. Evaluate and develop action plans for quality, safety, cost, service, and regulatory compliance.
  10. Perform process/product validation activities.
  11. Provide performance and development feedback to personnel.
  12. Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
  13. Ensure staff adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (any specialty).
  • Master of Science and/or certification recommended.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP and documentation in medical industry preferred.
  • Experience with design of experiments, statistical analysis tools, and computational packages.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English for Senior Process Engineer role.
  • Understanding of standard costs, work standards, and production processes as applicable.
