You will lead and optimize manufacturing processes, encompassing the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and/or assembly operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and profitability.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Identify and analyze areas of opportunity for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other analytical tools.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects, implementing effective solutions to optimize workflow, reduce variability, and improve quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct recurring process problems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Generate periodic reports on the performance of manufacturing processes, including efficiency, quality, and cost metrics.
• Use statistical tools for data analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A strong foundation in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for product design and analysis and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and multi-functional teams.
• An attitude focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.
• A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge in reading product drawings.
• Proficiency in English/ Spanish, both written and spoken
