Job summary

Genpact in Mexico operates a hybrid role for a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM, focusing on controllership, project analytics, and performance optimization. You will liaise with PMO, monitor KPIs, and support month-end processes while ensuring compliant revenue recognition.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and BI tooling such as Power BI and Tableau to drive actionable improvements across global contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in analytics or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics, data management, and reporting for financials and projects.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage controllership and financial reporting for projects in line with internal control rules.
• Define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
• Organize project reviews from start to end of each contract and ensure consistency with project teams.
• Analyze execution performance and propose action plans to improve project margin and cash profile; develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Develop and harmonize PCA Processes / Workflows and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Track PCA KPIs and collaborate with PMO to manage support contracts and projects (sales, forecasts, actuals, cash forecasts).
• Perform financial analysis for Project Manager, PMO and HQ reporting; enter and maintain all project data in Oracle or SAP.
