Qualifications

• PhD in Genetics (plant/animal) with 8+ years in breeding, or MS with 12+ years in breeding or data science.
• Experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong background in large biological data analysis and biostatistics.
• Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Architect the technical strategy to design improved germplasm cohorts aligned with product targets.
• Coordinate resources and align with breeding R&D and partner teams across regions.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and coach colleagues in key areas of expertise.
• Lead projects across NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC for Precision Breeding.
• Champion Health, Safety & Environment and compliance policies.
