We are looking for Senior Principal Functional Consultants to join our team in Guadalajara. An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to engagements. Performs varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value.
• Drive a high degree of satisfaction and reference ability.
• Understand customer business processes.
• Understand the company operations to detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking.
• Proactively propose solutions to customers based on account and business knowledge.
• Work alongside other team members with high functional and technical skills.
• Perform moderately complex problem-solving with assistance and guidance, understanding and applying company policies and processes.
• Participate in driving the approach to remediate gaps and reach consensus with the customer.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
• Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience involving direct interaction with clients or customers.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience.
• ERP or CRM knowledge (Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
