The Coforge team is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to oversee complex cross-functional programs across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance. You will maintain master plans, drive risk mitigation, and report status to leadership in a remote-capable role.

You bring 5-7 years of PMO experience, strong communication, and hands-on work with Oracle EBS and cross-functional stakeholders, preferably in Hi-Tech or SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.

Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.

Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).

Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-7 years of project management experience.
