Job summary
Engageware seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the AI suite, including voice and live agent capabilities, across the Americas. You’ll partner with engineering and enterprise customers to guide discovery, delivery, adoption, and iteration of strategic AI-driven features.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management for enterprise customers, with ownership across lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, with cross-Americas engagement.
- Strong understanding of CX design and usable product interfaces.
- Experience turning complex solutions into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams and regulated industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 15–20% for customer meetings and visits.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI product roadmap with a focus on voice and live agent capabilities.
- Translate strategy into PRDs, epics, and user stories; work with engineering on sprints and releases.
- Drive GTM readiness with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
