Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Global is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume Ensenada manufacturing operations. The role focuses on screen printing, production performance, capacity planning, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end plant and screen-printing activities and drive Lean initiatives. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ensenada, bilingual in English and Spanish, and capable of

Formación

• 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
• Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong production and capacity planning and KPI management expertise.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills required.
• Relocation to Ensenada, Mexico is required.
