Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical analytical development and quality control.
• Experience with HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry, and dissolution testing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS guidelines and USP/EP/JP/BP.
• Experience with method validation and transfer.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment.
• Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of materials and products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods per regulatory requirements (USP/EP/ NOM).
• Analyze and document test results in notebooks and systems.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and methods to ensure reliable results.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, specs, and validation protocols.
• Maintain GLP/GMP-compliant laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and QA to resolve quality issues.
• Mentor and train junior analytical chemists.
