Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution).
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., USP, EP, NOM).
• Analyze and interpret test results, documenting all activities accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods to ensure reliable and accurate results.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, specifications, and validation protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance departments to resolve quality issues.
• Mentor and train junior analytical chemists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development and quality control.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry, and dissolution testing.
