Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, set budgets, test creatives, and tell the client story with data.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, maintain GA4 tracking, and drive long-term account growth with a clear roadmap and strong communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
