Eaton Corporation in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Senior Engineer Operational Technology to lead and standardize machine connectivity across manufacturing sites as part of Operations 4 Growth.

You will deploy, support, and enforce OT architectures, collaborate with MES, IT, and site teams, and drive data acquisition and cybersecurity compliant solutions enabling real-time decision making and manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine connectivity or i4.0 activities.
• Experience in implementing machine connectivity with diverse assets.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Manufacturing Engineering, i4.0, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Direct support of OT activities within programs, guiding plant teams on machine connectivity and data acquisition.
• Drive standardization across the enterprise, aligning with business goals and industry standards.
• Communicate and implement standard processes, identify issues and define corrective actions with OT Leader.
• Promote machine connectivity adoption, manage risks, and oversee governance.
