Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an Ops Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across large, high‑complexity projects and coordinate multi-functional teams. You will be accountable for schedules, performance, budgets, and customer relationships, guiding projects from requirements to delivery.

Experience includes PMP certification and a minimum of 12 years in project management. This role reports to the Ops PMO and requires strong communication, risk management, and leadership

Formación

• PMP certification and project management experience required.
• Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure requirements are gathered, understood and translated for execution.
• Build teams to address project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with customers from requirements through product acceptance.
• Align team to customer needs via milestones and objectives.
• Manage project plans with focus on goals and corporate initiatives.
• Track KPI and manage scope, time and cost constraints.
• Communicate status and propose corrective actions to stakeholders.
