• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading production teams and driving KPI performance.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
