Bluelightconsulting is expanding its software consultancy to deliver high-quality, scalable applications for diverse clients across the US and Latin America. This backend-focused role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and fast iteration in a collaborative, consulting environment.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Fastify, contributing to secure multi-tenant systems, tests, and CI/CD pipelines while aligning with US business hours and remote-first policy.

Formación

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused)
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs
• Experience with SDK integrations to other services
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments
• Excellent SQL and schema migrations
• Strong testing practices including integration tests
• Experience running containerized services on AWS Fargate/ECS
• Experience with Fastify and schema-first validation (e.g., Zod)
• Experience in compliance-sensitive or audit-heavy domains
• Overlaps US business hours
