Job summary

Delinea’s Senior Network and Cloud Security Engineer will own security controls for the corporate network and cloud infrastructure, spanning next‑gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero trust/SASE across Azure and AWS. Collaboration with IT and Cloud Engineering teams is essential to design scalable, well‑instrumented security solutions for on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments.

The role is hybrid in Mexico City with standard business hours, reporting to the Senior Security Operations

Qualifications

• Senior security engineer with enterprise network and cloud security experience.
• Experience in Azure and AWS security posture management and governance.
• Ability to design scalable, well-instrumented security controls and policies.

Responsibilities

• Define security requirements and standards for network controls across offices and cloud environments.
• Design and improve cloud security capabilities in Azure and AWS with CSPM and workload protection.
• Review firewall rules and cloud configurations for policy alignment and remediation.
• Monitor, audit configurations, and test controls; track exceptions to closure.
• Integrate network and cloud telemetry with the SIEM and develop detection rules.
