CPKC is seeking a Senior Network Designer to join the Information Services Network Design team. The role leads architecture and design of Cisco LAN and WAN networks, supporting rail operations across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. You will drive secure, high-performing network solutions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise network design with strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills, plus experience with Nokia transport networks and Cisco ISE.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise network design experience with leadership and delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, data center, cloud connectivity, and network security.
• Drive network modernization, automation, resiliency, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Mentor junior/intermediate network designers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure solutions.
