Capgemini Engineering in Mexico seeks an accomplished backend software leader to design, develop and implement scalable .NET solutions on Azure. You will define architecture, set coding standards and drive security and quality across multiple teams.

You will conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and steer decisions on distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native architectures. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential to deliver value for global clients.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET technologies.
• 3+ years designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating backend services with React applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure.
• Define architecture, development, security, and code quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to development team members.
• Guide technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, resilience, and performance.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical risks and support the resolution of complex issues.
