Formación

• 10+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and security project implementation.
• Experience administering Google Workspace environments for distributed teams.
• Strong cybersecurity literacy with hands-on experience with SaaS security platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the deployment and lifecycle management of security tools across client environments.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalated issues.
• Lead technical projects: migrations, tool rollouts, compliance implementations.
