Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL DBA / database administrator.
• Experience building high-availability database solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• Configure, maintain, optimize databases with data access controls to prevent losses.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support large, distributed projects with tight collaboration with our IT Services team.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve database performance, data stores and pipelines.
• Drive and promote database best practices, and provide training to platform teams on data integration.
• Ensure effective communication with client stakeholders on project status and recommendations.
