Overseas is seeking a Senior Mobile Game UI Designer to own the player-facing UI across core screens, events, live ops, shops, onboarding, and social features for a live mobile title.

You will design fast, readable interfaces that balance monetization with player delight, collaborating with engineering and art teams, and iterating with data, A/B tests, and player feedback to ship premium-feeling UI at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional UI design in games.
• 3+ years designing for mobile free-to-play games.
• At least one shipped mobile game in senior/lead role.
• Strong portfolio of real mobile game UI work.
• Deep understanding of casual mobile UI patterns and monetization flows.
• Excellent Figma skills with components, variants, libraries, and design systems.
• Experience designing for Unity-based mobile games or similar engines.
• Ability to create clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
• Strong communication to defend design decisions with data and business reasoning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the visual and interaction design of key mobile game screens.
• Design UI driven by UX for casual players with clear hierarchy and minimal friction.
• Create high-polish mobile layouts across many screen sizes and devices.
• Balance usability, brand, and monetization without overloading the UI.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI systems, components, and style guides.
• Produce mockups, specs, flows, prototypes, and handoff docs for engineering and art teams.
• Collaborate with motion designers or artists on transitions and live ops visuals.
• Iterate with data, A/B tests, and player feedback to improve designs.
