Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a scalable build pipeline.

This role is a senior, systems-first position, focused on rapid, accurate system deployment across multiple client brands with precision and consistency, in a remote Latin America setting.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with strong design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants in practice.
• A portfolio showing work across multiple clients with consistent design system rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in design tools using variables, modes, and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries that span entire sites, not just pages.
• Document the system so developers or pipelines can execute it without questions.
• Collaborate across several client brands, maintaining structural rigor while delivering distinct looks.
