Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript to design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for native mobile applications using Appium, with a focus on iOS and Android testing.

You will integrate CI/CD, leverage GenAI tools to boost regression speed, develop automated tests for functional and regression scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mobile test automation.
• Expertise with Appium for iOS and Android.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience using GenAI tools for test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automation framework for native mobile apps.
• Develop automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
• Apply GenAI to improve regression time, script updates, and reporting.
• Attend daily standups and report status within distributed teams.
• Maintain test data and provide clear defect reports.
