Formación

• 3+ years of practical JS-based test automation experience.
• Advanced JS/TS skills for writing and maintaining automated scripts.
• Proven Playwright experience with web UI test cycles.
• Experience building automated coverage for web services and APIs.
• Familiar with version control (Git) and CI workflows.
• Strong English communication (B2+) and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy testing structures aligned with project timelines.
• Identify, record, and track defects from detection to closure with developers.
• Analyze requirements to determine scope and depth of testing.
• Set up robust, adjustable testing frameworks for changing needs.
• Compile results into reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning with a quality focus.
• Periodically review and improve testing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality benchmarks.
• Analyze production incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Mentor junior QA team members with practical guidance.
