TE Connectivity is hiring a Manager II, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering to lead molding, assembly process development, and technology improvements for automotive applications in Mexico. You will guide a team of engineers, drive DFM alignment with product development, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transitions from development to mass production.

The role requires 12+ years in engineering/manufacturing, 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of injection

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of engineering, manufacturing, or process-development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as Manager or Team Leader.
• Multi-site and regional manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and process-development.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and automated assembly in automotive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead molding and plug assembly process development aligned with LEANPD requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance capability, tolerance control, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Development to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM).
• Support Supply Chain and supplier development by verifying process capability and readiness.
• Act as Project Manufacturing Leader (PML) for assigned projects and coordinate with operations teams.
