Latecoere México is seeking a Metrology Engineer Specialist to ensure the conformity of machined parts through geometrical inspection and testing per drawings. The role involves creating inspection programs for CMMs or Faro Arm, maintaining calibration and tool databases, and supporting other departments with metrology expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English.
• +5 years of experience in metrology or similar field.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• CMM Program Expert.
• Measure parts to drawings; validate characteristics.
• Create inspection programs for Faro Arm or CMM.
• Maintain tool/equipment databases and verification records.
• Perform periodic on-site calibration checks.
• Organize and safeguard tools and equipment.
• Report dysfunctions to Metrology coordinator.
• Provide metrology support to other departments.
• Lead or support improvement projects as needed.
