TE Connectivity Juarez is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer for MES and IIoT to drive digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple projects. You will design, deploy, and optimize MES and IIoT solutions, leading cross-functional teams to improve performance, data integrity, and scalability.
You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to deliver end-to-end digital manufacturing strategies, ensuring standardization and operational excellence across the site.
Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Mechatronics, CS, IT or related.
- Minimum 3 years in MES, automation, or digital manufacturing.
- Experience leading digital factory transformation initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Lead digital factory projects and smart manufacturing initiatives for the Juarez site.
- Drive MES deployment, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage UAT, deployment validation, and lifecycle support.
- Define machine connectivity strategies with OPC UA, Ethernet, MQTT, TCP/IP.
- Develop IIoT apps and dashboards for operational insights.
