ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to join a sponsor-dedicated model. You will assist with planning and execution of clinical studies, working remotely and collaborating across global teams to ensure regulatory readiness and successful trial delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in pharma/ CRO, a scientific degree, and strong English communication. Travel around 10% is expected; experience in Phase 2/3 and oncology is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or related role.
• Experience in Phase 2 and 3 studies and global/international studies is advantageous.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of global/regional regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research.
• Demonstrated excellence in task management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for day-to-day clinical study activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with study teams and CROs to support activities.
• Perform departmental tasks as needed.
• Review study documentation and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Support regulatory inspection readiness.
• Support study systems (CTMS/TMF) and vendor contracts.
• Assist with study close-out activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Insurance, and external vendors.
