Formación
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
- Certification in medical coding or clinical data management is a plus.
- Extensive experience in medical coding with MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary knowledge.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines for coding and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to mentor others.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the medical coding process for clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Code medical terms using MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary; ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with clinical data management, safety, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and training to junior coding specialists.
- Help develop coding guidelines, QC processes, and SOPs.
