A leading technology company in Monterrey seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to drive the development of next-generation products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs. Responsibilities include leading NPDI projects, handling complex design activities, and supporting prototype builds. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in engineering and over 8 years of experience in mechanical design. Proficiency in CAD software is essential, and knowledge of ASME standards is preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years of mechanical design and analysis experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English required (read, write, and speak).
• Proficient in 3D CAD software.
• Experience with sheet metal, piping, machined parts and assemblies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and update mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD platforms.
• Lead and coordinate engineering projects throughout the NPDI process.
• Generate innovative design concepts that meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
