Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; English proficiency advanced (85%).
• Experience in master production scheduling and materials planning.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer releases, forecasts (up to 13 weeks), and finished goods requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to validate clear-to-build status before releasing production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, and material availability to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Fine-tune daily and weekly production plans to address constraints, shortages, and priority changes.
