Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within a high-volume production environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Experience with automation, robotics, Industry4.0 technologies, IoT, and data‑driven manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Drive Industry4.0 initiatives that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for increased throughput, reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to successfully integrate new products into manufacturing operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process challenges.
• Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and support equipment selection through data‑driven assessments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
