Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance across all shifts to meet SQDCG goals.
• Translate production and sales plans into effective manufacturing execution.
• Coordinate teams to optimize resources and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement countermeasures when needed.
• Manage budgets and manufacturing headcount; lead safety initiatives.
