Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to support and optimize production lines, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to streamline workflows and maintain engineering standards across projects. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing processes, PLC control, CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), data analysis, and lean/Six Sigma exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of PLC and electrical control.
• Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to support manufacturing engineering processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions.
