Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to impact productivity and quality by providing technical support and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with production, quality, and design engineers to optimize workflows, ensure compliance with standards, and support new product introductions in a global automation environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role.
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize manufacturing workflows
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of PLC and electrical control
• Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience
