Job summary

The role requires more than 3 years in metal‑mechanical transformation, strong OT cybersecurity experience, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing production processes and plant operations.
• Advanced knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial infrastructure protection.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized areas of manufacturing processes including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Drive OT Cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing infrastructure and enhance plant cyber resilience.
• Manage production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets while minimizing waste.
• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Apply strong knowledge of metal-mechanical transformation processes such as punching, cutting, welding, painting, and related fabrication activities.
