The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, capacity expansion, and strategic project management to improve efficiency and output. The ideal candidate will excel in line design, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, applying Six Sigma principles and structured problem‑solving to achieve

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Business Administration/PM is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept to implementation and stabilization.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage capacity expansion, automation, and process transfer initiatives.
• Apply PMP, PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and budget.
