Essity is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and controlling across LATAM TI sites, focusing on COGS, budgeting and CAPEX. You will partner with site controllers, drive monthly closings and provide insights to improve efficiency.

You will coordinate depreciation with GBS, develop inflation reporting for raw materials, and help harmonize LATAM processes with global standards, while leveraging Power BI and SAP expertise.

Formación

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in Finance and Controlling, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, cost allocation, stock valuation, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX, reporting and COGS analysis.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong English working proficiency; experience with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Budget and Forecast processes across LATAM sites, including EBIT, WC, CAPEX and COGS deviation analysis.
• Oversee Monthly Closing and consolidated EBIT preparation with AARO alignment.
• Drive COGS reporting and YoY deviation analysis with insights for the organization.
• Consolidate and monitor CAPEX reporting, tracking funds and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate depreciation with manufacturing sites and GBS.
• Prepare inflation reporting for raw materials with Sourcing and sites.
• Manage Fully Loaded profitability reporting and contribute to global standardization.

**Senior Manufacturing Controller** Are you an experienced Finance professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact across a regional and global organization? We are looking for a **Senior Manufacturing Controller** to support our LATAM operations and play a key role in strengthening and transforming our Finance and Controlling processes.**About the Role** As Senior Manufacturing Controller, you will lead key financial planning, reporting and controlling activities across LATAM TI sites, with particular focus on **COGS, budgeting and forecasting, monthly closing, working capital and CAPEX**. The position requires someone who is comfortable working in an evolving environment, can build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and has the drive to challenge existing processes and turn opportunities for improvement into action. **What You Will Do** * Lead the **Budget and Forecast processes** across LATAM sites, including EBIT, Working Capital, CAPEX and COGS deviation analysis.* Lead the **Monthly Closing process**, including consolidated EBIT preparation, alignment with AARO reporting and analysis of COGS and Working Capital deviations.* Drive **COGS reporting and year-over-year deviation analysis**, providing relevant insights to the organization.* Consolidate and monitor **CAPEX reporting**, participate in review meetings and provide visibility on available funds, forecasts and forecast accuracy.* Support coordination of the depreciation process between manufacturing sites and GBS.* Partner with Sourcing and the sites to prepare **inflation reporting for raw materials**.* Manage **Fully Loaded profitability reporting** and contribute to developing a globally aligned reporting methodology.* Assist ISC with **Quarterly Outlook and 3-Year Plan** preparation.* Collaborate closely with sites, site controllers and global stakeholders to ensure the availability and quality of financial information.* Help harmonize LATAM processes with global ways of working, identifying opportunities to **simplify, standardize and automate** Finance activities. **Who You Are** * You have a **university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field**, or equivalent relevant experience.* You bring **at least 5 years of professional experience within Finance and Controlling**, ideally within a manufacturing environment.* You have strong knowledge of key Finance processes, including **product costing, cost allocation, stock valuation, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX, financial reporting and COGS analysis**.* You are fluent in **Spanish and have a strong working level of English**, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.* You have experience working within an **international or cross-regional environment**.* You combine strong financial expertise with a **business-oriented mindset** and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights.* Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAP, BW, data lake and AARO** would be an advantage.**What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
