In this role, you will lead a team of test engineers, define test strategies, and drive automation initiatives to ensure high-quality system validation. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in system testing and a strong grasp of electronics principles. This position is based in Mexicali, Baja California.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electronics principles and power electronics.
• Experience with server/data center power systems and communication protocols is desirable.

We are seeking a SeniorTest Managerto lead and oversee system integration and validation efforts for Hyperscale applications, with potential exposure to industrial, medical, and telecom domains. This role will manage a team of test engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, driving automation initiatives, and delivering high-quality system validation aligned with product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of system integration and validation strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Review and analyze product requirements to identify integration and validation needs.
• Define and maintain system integration specifications and test plans.
• Oversee the development and deployment of automated test systems and frameworks.
• Ensure timely execution of test activities and delivery of detailed validation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of electronics principles, devices, circuits, and power electronics.
• Experience with server/data center power systems and communication protocols is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
