We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager Technical Program Management (Temporary Assignment) to be in Juarez City.
You will be responsible for:
  1. Drive development and execution of strategic technology roadmaps, key lifecycle management and business continuity objectives aligned with the Hit Next Network program.
  2. Provide leadership and manage multi-level, cross-site, cross-functional teams focused on projects aligned with the Hit Next Network program.
  3. Partner with key external manufacturers to ensure attainment of program and project timelines and financial targets.
  4. Partner with Hit Next PMO to develop & deploy governance to enable monitoring of critical metrics to achieve project objectives.
  5. Build strong cross-functional teams and coach team members.
  6. Follow defined processes & procedures related to program execution to ensure compliance and meet business results.
  7. Recommend solutions based on understanding of multiple departments/functions and their interrelationships.
  8. Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or equivalent University Degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is preferred. An Advanced Degree is preferred.

Required:
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Program Management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate through ambiguity, think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes.
  • Strong Project Management experience.
  • Financial skills, including cost forecasting.
  • Ability to adopt financial goals and use customer-focused decision making.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and drive alignment in a global environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building business strategies and driving strategy implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and influence decision-making across an organization.
Preferred:
  • Master Black Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma or Similar Continuous Improvement Methodology.
  • Exposure to a global environment in previous roles.
  • Certifications in PMI or FPX.
  • Medical Device industry experience.
