A leading real estate technology company is seeking a Senior Manager for Technical Program Management. You will lead a high-impact team to ensure successful execution across technology and risk domains. This role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in program management. Flexibility in work location is provided, with a preference for Mexico City. As the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management within SHIELD, you will lead a team of experienced Technical Program Managers and Program Managers who orchestrate execution across complex, multi-disciplinary technology and risk domains. Reporting directly to the VP, CISO, this leader will serve as a force multiplier—elevating operational excellence, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring programs deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
You will be expected not just to manage execution, but to set vision, influence senior leaders, and build an empowered team that thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Proven Leader: 10+ years of program management experience, with at least 4 years leading TPM/PM teams in fast-moving, complex organizations.
Strategic Operator: Demonstrated success steering large-scale initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, risk, compliance, or regulated industries (fintech, real estate, lending).
Executive Influencer: Adept at building trust with executives, engineers, and business leaders; skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders on critical decisions.
Technically Fluent: Strong technical acumen with the ability to interface credibly with engineers and translate complex requirements into actionable frameworks.
Portfolio Mindset: Deep understanding of portfolio/program management in both agile and hybrid environments, with the ability to scale frameworks across diverse teams.
Outcome-Oriented: Passionate about scaling systems, reducing risk, enabling teams, and delivering measurable business impact.
Forward-Looking: A strategic thinker who anticipates complexity, identifies systemic risks, and builds resilience into plans.
Communicator & Connector: Exceptional ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences; adept at shaping narratives for executives, boards, and teams.
