Senior Manager, Product Management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing product strategy and managing end to end digital product experience for the LACA region, including feature development from onboarding to eKYC to Payment to transaction receipt across App and Web.
  • Assist in the execution of the WU regional digital strategies through the initiation of new product initiatives and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience based on knowledge and insight extracted from deep customer, market, and industry analysis.
  • Identify, research, and explore new sources of growth based on regional customer needs and competitive analyses.
  • Assist in the examination of new market opportunities through investigation to identify potential product offerings, strategic alliances, new consumer markets and other opportunities that could drive new growth sources.
  • Assist in building business cases for each new opportunity to clearly outline, prioritize and determine overall customer and business impact.
  • Assist in the sizing and scoping of each opportunity identified to determine both the short- and long-term opportunities to establish an impactful product roadmap.
  • Work hand in hand with other groups within the organization including Business Intelligence, Compliance/Risk, Payments and GTM leads to ensure captured and managed cross functional requirements .

Role Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer facing digital product development and management, preferably in the financial services space.
  • Proven track record of experience in core areas of remittances, specifically payments and digital wallet.
  • Cross-functional experience with Compliance, Risk, Payments and Design
  • Impeccable understanding of data and metrics, exercising high quality, data driven decisioning.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able build trust and negotiate with senior teams across functions, including product, design, technology, marketing, compliance, business development and sales, and geographies to build products that delight our global customers.
  • Background in managing direct and cross-functional teams.
