A global technology company is seeking a Senior Manager of Payroll Tax in Mexico to oversee payroll tax functions across the Americas. This position requires strong knowledge of payroll tax law, leadership experience, and proficiency in payroll systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Payroll Tax to lead and oversee HP, Inc.’s payroll tax functions for Americas Region Payroll. Reporting to the Americas Payroll Director, this role will lead and inspire a team of four tax analysts to deliver accurate and timely payroll tax operations. With a focus on the USA and related territories, the countries of Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, and Peru are also within scope. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll tax processing, managing tax filings for federal, state, and local payroll taxes, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The base pay range for this role is $115850 to $178400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
