General Summary:

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for technology and execution excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations for our Compute business across Latin America (HISPAM).

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of campaign execution, partner coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations that support the growth of next-generation PC technologies powered by Snapdragon. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring impactful marketing programs to life across both consumer and commercial segments.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Implement localized marketing plans for HISPAM based on global strategies and regional insights.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution with OEMs, retailers, and distributors.
  • Support in-store marketing experiences, including merchandising and fixture deployment.

Partner & Channel Support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, retailers, and VARs.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs and promotions.
  • Track partner performance metrics and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Teams to manage MDF processes and ensure timely execution.

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee daily marketing activities including asset localization, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Work with Finance and Sales to manage budgets and ensure accurate spend tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the operational point of contact for Compute marketing in HISPAM.
  • Align product, partner, and regional marketing teams on campaign execution.
  • Support internal communications and documentation related to marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in marketing operations or channel marketing within the electronics or PC industry.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and partnerships across LATAM markets, especially Mexico and other HISPAM countries.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is an office-based position in Mexico City.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced communication skills in English.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or channel marketing in the electronics or PC industry.
  • B.Tech/BE or MBA in Marketing with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the PC ecosystem and how to market to OEMs and channels.
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, and OEMs in LATAM.
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and modern marketing practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn insights into action.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
