Carrier Operations seeks a high-performing Continuous Improvement leader to drive CI across manufacturing sites in the US. You will guide kaizen events, mentor site managers, and translate business goals into actionable CI initiatives that improve cycle times, quality and safety.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing with progressive leadership, 3+ years Lean/Six Sigma, strong data-analysis skills (Minitab), and a proven ability to deliver rapid results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience in manufacturing operations with progressive leadership & technical responsibilities.
• 3+ years of Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx experience.
• Strong Lean knowledge on value stream mapping, standard work & cell design; integrated production & logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sustainable improvements across the site network.
• Coach and mentor site managers to translate goals into CI initiatives.
• Lead Kaizen events and projects to close performance gaps.
• Provide CI training to develop Lean capabilities and rollout the framework.
