Carrier is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the site’s transformation and operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Carrier Excellence methodologies. You will drive productivity improvements, optimize processes, and guide Kaizen events to achieve business and financial goals.

You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor teams across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Drive productivity projects aligned with plant financial goals.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events to improve operations.
• Manage plant transformation initiatives including process optimization.
• Conduct risk assessments and support Carrier Excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional SWAT teams to solve challenges and drive sustainable improvements.
• Monitor operation performance metrics to identify improvements.
